Reporting forms a huge part of many of our jobs, but what tools are available to you when it comes to reporting on your learners?

Here’s an overview and description of those tools, accessed from the Reporting Tools menu:

Analyse overall performance - This tool gives you an overview of your team's completions using easy-to-view infographics. You also have the option to view this information in percentages and use reporting filters to gather specific information and/or narrow down your search.

Your team's performance at a glance - This tool gives you an overview of your team in a table-like format, listing each learner. It gives you an easy view of any courses that are still yet to be completed, but only shows the courses your learners have currently assigned to them.

View individual learner performance - This tool provides completion records for an individual learner, including all current course records and historical records - meaning it’s possible to show courses that have been made inactive, or are no longer assigned to the learner. Just click view:
