You will see several symbols that tell you where you’re up to with each course. But what exactly do they mean?

There are four different course statuses which you can quickly filter in your Learning Road Map to help you complete your courses more quickly:

Not Started means that you have not yet accessed the course. Press Quick Start to jump right in:

The status of the course will change to Started as soon as you open the course in a browser:

The status will change to Completed when the course is finished and then you can download a certificate. For Upskill People courses this means when all the modules, quizzes, and the survey are complete. For a Scorm 1.2 course, this means that your course has “told” us that you’ve done everything:

Sometimes you’ll have to complete the course again. This course might have been ‘refreshed’ as part of a company-wide schedule designed for you to regularly ‘top up’ your skills, or you may have done something and your manager needs you to complete the course again from the beginning.

Note: Needs revisiting does not mean that the course has been blocked, it will still be accessible.
