Organisation Tree
This enables you to navigate through your structure:
Expand, or contract, the different levels to see what each levels contain. Locations are shown with a pin and these are important – because this is where you’ll find your people!
Organisation Editor
This is where the magic happens. Whatever you select in the Organisation tree on the left will appear in the Organisation Editor on the right, enabling you to do something with it:
This may include:
Creating more groups
Creating Locations within a group
Moving a group elsewhere
Editing the details for a group
Deleting a group (great for housekeeping!)
Seeing who has access to a group, or location, for reporting purposes
You can also see who has access to a particular part of your company structure- this helps you to quickly identify any changes you need to make to keep everything aligned correctly:
