This tool gives you an overview of your team in a table-like format. It lists each learner and gives you an easy view of the courses that each of them currently has assigned. It shows you for each learner which courses have been completed, which have been partially completed, and which haven’t been started yet. You can even export the data for the completed courses (using Export as) and print certificates for completed learning.

From your dashboard select Reporting then pick Team performance:

Use the ‘Search’ box to find the learner you’re looking for or apply reporting filters to adjust your view to the specific information you need to investigate. You can quickly review a learner’s status using the colour key or switch views to print a certificate.

If your team is showing ‘all green ticks’ then you’re doing great!

How do I print a certificate?

Change the 'View as Status' option to 'View as Certificate’:

You’ll see that any green ticks (completed courses) have now become certificates.

Click on the certificate icon to download it, then click on the download arrow to view the certificate as a PDF.

Did you notice the smaller print icon underneath the main course icon?

This is a great shortcut if you want all the certificates for a particular course. Click this and it will create a PDF document of all your team’s certificates for this course, so you can print them out all in one go!

To make it even easier, go into your filters and pick a course (this is best done one course at a time):

Then filter on a status of completed because a certificate can only be printed for a completed course:

Apply your filter.

For maximum efficiency, show the most certificates on a single page e.g. 100 before pressing the print icon:

Certificates will be created in your default ‘downloads’ folder as a PDF. They’ll look something like this:

Well done Ivan!
