Why Clear Your Cache?
When using your learning platform, your browser saves files on your device to help pages load faster. This is great for efficiency, especially when there’s a slow internet connection.
However, if the content has been updated (either by us or your content team), you might only see the latest content if you clear your browser cache. Sometimes, our support team may ask you to do this to fix an issue.
Here’s how to clear your browser cache in Google Chrome:
Open Chrome and click on the three vertical dots in the top-right corner.
Go to Settings: Scroll down and click on Settings.
Click Privacy and security in the left sidebar and press Clear browsing data:
Choose your time range (Select All time to clear everything) and ensure Cached images and files is checked:
Press Clear data:
Here’s how to clear your browser cache in Microsoft Edge:
Open Edge and click on the three horizontal dots in the top-right corner, Scroll down and click on Settings:
Click on Privacy, search, and services in the left sidebar; and under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear:
Choose your time range (Select All time to clear everything) and ensure Cached images and files is checked before pressing Clear now:
