Reset Password
This is perfect for that “I forgot my password again” moment. If your team is all set up with their most-used email address then you can send them a reset email:
They can also do this for themselves from the login screen.

It’s really important that your people use their best email address, and don’t forget to update your spam settings and add us as a safe sender.
Transfer Course Progress
We get it, you’re a larger business and you’ve got a payroll system that takes time to set up, but you need your people trained and out there serving your customers! No problem, you can give your new starters a temporary account for now and use this tool to transfer their progress to their new payroll account later – no need to make them do their learning again! Refresh Course
Sometimes, people need to retake their courses. This might be part of your annual refresher programme to stay compliant as a business, or, nightmare scenario, an individual has been found underperforming and you need to take immediate action! Whether it’s one person, a few people or everyone, this guide is for you.
Make User Inactive
Keep on top of your learner base by quickly setting your leavers as inactive.
Exclude From Reporting
This is key to keeping your reporting in tip top condition! Exclude those people who won’t be logging into the learning platform at this time.
Learner Performance
Need to quickly check how someone’s getting on? They might be a new starter who needs a bit of help getting going, someone you’re mentoring to get ahead in their career, or someone who needs your immediate attention to protect the business; either way, check out this handy guide.
Here’s a quick overview of your other options:
Your list of learners displayed defaults to active people (they’re the ones with the green status icon) as well as those who are excluded from reporting. Simply slide the Show Report Excluded toggle to the left if you don’t need to see those people who are excluded from reporting (their status icon is coloured amber).
Manage Job Types
This is the key to giving your teams the right content, with the right tools at the right time:
The right content - Job Types can automatically assign a profile of courses
The right tools - Job Types can automatically assign Job Roles like reporting or admin roles
The right access - managers need to see their teams’ progress, admins need to see the bigger picture. Job Types determine who can see what and when.
