If you want to set a user as inactive, a quick way to do this is:
From your Learners menu, search for your leaver by name or username, pick More and then Make User Inactive:
Enter a Leaving Date (it’ll default to today’s date so change it if you need to) and then Make User Inactive.
And it’s done. Leavers are shown with a status symbol in red, so remember to include the inactive filter to find them in the learning platform:
