This tool allows you to look at the learning results of individual learners – the time they’ve spent learning, when they last visited a specific course, and details about any expired learning. It’s a useful tool if you, for example, want to find out which learners haven’t completed a specific course, so that you can potentially remind them!
It all starts with your Reporting menu (find out more here):
Use the arrows (as highlighted) to navigate your way through the organisational structure until you get to the person whose course progress you’d like to see. Press the arrow to see their progress:
This is a visual report:
and it will:
Show you the individual’s name and location, so you can be sure you’ve picked the right person
Show you the individual’s overall completion percentage, useful if you’ve set KPIs for your team
Enable you to pick from a view of Mandatory or Non-Mandatory courses, so you can prioritise what’s most important for your team
Show you exactly what courses have and have not been completed, so you can focus where you’re going to help people and save time
Enable you, as a manager, to download a certificate for your team member for each completed course and celebrate their success
“That’s fabulous, so as long as you know where someone works, you can find them and see their individual performance?” I hear you say (it sounds like there’s a ‘but’ coming …)
“… but isn’t there an easier way to search for an individual’s progress without having to navigate through?”
Yes, of course there is!
From your Learners menu, search for the person whose progress you want to see and pick More followed by Learner Performance:
