This feature allows you to plan in advance (which is always useful!) when people will need to be excluded from reporting, as often managers will already know this, and just want accurate reporting week-on-week.
Once you’ve set up your exclusion dates for everyone who needs one, the platform will automatically apply them for you when you need them. Let’s work through how to do this.
From your dashboard, pick Learners followed by More:
This will reveal a drop-down menu. Select Exclude from reporting.
Select the dates and the Reason for exclusion. Then select Exclude User.
What happens next is that every day the learning platform is automatically monitored for any exclusion dates, and learners with any exclusion dates will automatically be excluded on the date specified as Excluded From until the date specified as Excluded To.
