Here we’re going to focus on Reporting, so you can see how your business is moving in the right direction. This is where the whole learning platform hangs together and helps you plan your next move.

Pick Reporting from your menu bar to see the Overview:

Your reporting overview is made up of 3 main sections, so let’s look at each one in a little more detail.

  • The Overall Completion widget shows you the overall completion for the parts of the organisation that you can see. If you’re a Client Admin, the good news is that you’ll see everything!

Your data is automatically updated for you, and you’ll see when it was last updated (usually every few minutes).

Use the Filter By option to help you concentrate on what’s most important for your learning goals by focussing on your mandatory content results:

Use the Reporting Exclusions to set the reasons why some of your people shouldn’t appear in your reports. Find out more about this here.

  • A quick and powerful tool is the My Reporting area. This will help you work through your company structure to decide where you should put your efforts to best use.

Are you looking at the largest proportion of people with the lowest completion rate? Drill down to find out why. The breadcrumb trail will help you keep an eye on where you are in the organisation structure:

Drill down deeper a few more layers and you’ll see your people and how they’re getting on:

The final layer to peel back is at the individual level:

Depending on where they need to be, you now have all the learning data you need to celebrate their success or find out why they’re behind and help them get back on track.
