Charlotte spots the email: ‘Your team's learning is about to get easier, everywhere.’ She clicks, grins, and laughs out loud. This email came with an upgrade to the shiny new Courses Menu - it’s so clear, it’ll make learning a breeze. She can’t wait to tell her team - they’re going to love it!

Engaged teams for Charlotte. Results that shine for Tony.

Why it’s useful
With your learning platform, finding the right course is quick and straightforward. With less “page-turning” and a more inclusive free-flowing approach with varying-coloured backgrounds that help neuro-diverse people get the best from their learning experience; you can focus on what matters, finish it fast, and your business benefits from your successes.

Simple, smooth, and supportive.

Here’s a quick walk-through of the Courses menu and how you can quickly navigate through all of the options that help you create and assign the right content, to the right people, at the right time - and help them stay on top of your generic content and your own latest releases!

From your dashboard pick Courses:

Here you will see a list of all of your courses that are available to you on this learning platform…

Use the menu on the left to see which courses are licensed:

… which courses are imported in SCORM 1.2 format:

… and which ones you've created yourself and whether they're published or you're still working on them as drafts:

You can also see only your drafts:

... and you can see any that you have set as inactive…

And finally, you can see your list of mandatory courses.

This enables you to define all of the most important content that people should complete. This works hand in hand with our email digests where everyone receives a weekly email to remind them of the courses they need to complete ASAP.

You can import your SCORM 1.2 courses from here:

And you can create your own content from scratch using Easy Content Builder.

The course stats widget is on its own separate page:

Other tools help you assign your content to people; these enable you to group your courses together and define the order they appear on the learning roadmap:

And here’s where you can assign courses; learning profiles mean you can assign content based on the job that somebody does:

And you can also assign content according to where someone works, i.e. their location:

… as well as something else that's special about that individual:

So that's your quick overview of the Courses menu!
