Easy Content Builder helps you keep on top of your course updates with a simple “tweak, check and publish” approach.
What you’re going to achieve in less time than it takes to slurp the froth off your morning cappuccino is to quickly add an image beneath some existing text in your fabulous e-briefing.
Updating your content…
First, we’re going to create a new revision (because we like things nice and tidy).
Pick your course:
And press Add Revision:
This creates a new revision. Think of it as a “course in edit mode”, none of your people can see the changes yet, so you can work your magic in a safe environment. Press Edit:
Find your content section and, in the place where you want to add some more content, look for the “plus” icon and press it!
What do you want to add? In this case, it’s an image, so press Image then Add content:
You’ve now got a placeholder, so press Add image:
Remember our lovely Media Library? Go on, upload something, you know you want to!
Got the right image? Use it.
Looking good so far. What will it look like when it’s published? Press Preview to find out:
Forgot to save? Don’t worry, we’ve got your back! Save or Discard it’s your choice (coffee’s cooling though, so I’d save it!)
A joy to behold! That’s enough of that, press Exit:
Exit module:
Time to Publish (that coffee won’t finish itself):
Add a quick reminder of what we did, and press Publish:
And that, as they say, is that! Nothing else to do, everyone has now been updated with the changes. No messing about.
