This is because you should have reporting access so that you can access the tools that need it. Read this guide to understand more about the Report Access Editor
The tricky bit, of course, is that you can’t fix it yourself because the lack of reporting access is preventing you from seeing yourself in the learning platform in order to assign the reporting access that you need! It’s a catch-22!
A really easy way to fix this is to contact support@upskillpeople.com and let them know who you are, which learning platform you’re logging in to explain that you haven’t got any reporting access. And then tell them was reporting access you need and at what level (because you’ve read the guide I mentioned above and now understand what reporting access you’re missing).
There is another way …
Find a colleague who can log in as a Client Administrator and ask them to give you the appropriate reporting that you need! The end result is the same.
