The tricky bit, of course, is that you can’t fix it yourself, because having no reporting access is stopping you from seeing yourself in the learning platform – and this means you can’t assign yourself the reporting access that you need! It’s a catch-22!
A simple solution is to find a colleague who can log in as a Client Administrator and ask them to check that your Job Type is correct because this is where your roles and access are automatically applied:
