Think of these as carefully curated course bundles based on job roles.
You simply match a learning profile to a job type, and voilà - everyone in that role gets the training they need, consistently and effortlessly.
And try not to get too hung up on the term itself.
A learning profile is really just a list of courses.

Next, we have Location Attributes.
These add an extra layer of intelligence based on where someone works.
Maybe a building has asbestos, and everyone there needs the Asbestos Essentials course to keep them safe from harm.
Set the rule once, and the platform quietly handles the rest.

And finally, Personal Attributes.
This is where things become truly tailored.
If someone has a special responsibility or needs a particular skill, you can assign extra learning just for them - on top of everything their day-to-day role and location already provide.
