Refreshing courses and make your team do them again

As a manager, you might find that you need just one or two of your team to repeat a course in order to be compliant and prove due diligence.

Or, if there was an incident in a location, like an underage alcohol sale, then you might choose to reset everyone’s progress so that they can upskill as a team.

We call this “Refreshing” their courses, and now this has been made much, much simpler to achieve.

From your Learners menu, search for a person, and then pick Update Course Statuses from the More option:

Simply tick one or more courses that you’d like the selected person to do again, pick Refresh progress from the dropdown menu, and then Apply:

Don’t worry, you’ve got one final chance to change your mind! If you’re happy to proceed, then go ahead and press Apply:

You’ll see a confirmation and the course status will be updated to be Needs revisiting.

So, you now understand how to refresh one person at a time for one or more courses, but what about the whole team?

From the Courses menu, pick the course you’d like to refresh for people and, from the 3 dots, pick Update Course Statuses:

By grouping by Location you’ll see everyone who needs to be refreshed (including the individual we did earlier); tick all that apply, pick Refresh progress from the dropdown menu, and then Apply:

Again, you have a chance to change your mind, press Apply when you're ready to make the changes:
